Customer who wants to return or refund the products, customer is necessary to contact with www.chateaucru.com.hk by an email after the confirmation of www.chateaucru.com.hk, then customer can return the www.chateaucru.com.hk authorized of the return products. (Please return or refund within three days after recognition.)
If more than three days or customer dose not contacts with www.chateaucru.com.hk before the customer returns the products, www.chateaucru.com.hk will not accept the customer return or return.
The cost burden of return or refund is borne by customers.

In the following cases, the return and refund will not be accepted.

- Products have been opened.
- Discounted Products.
